Kennisjobs becomes Daenens Jobs & Interim

From now on, Kennisjobs, a temporary employment that has operated mainly in West Flanders since 2018, will continue under the flag of Group Daenens. With this strategic choice, in addition to our service voucher division, Group Daenens takes an important step to develop a fully-fledged jobs and interim branch under the name Daenens Jobs & Interim. With this new name, a strengthened team and a clear focus on quality and proximity, Group Daenens will roll out its characteristic warm approach further throughout Flanders.

Kennisjobs was founded in 2018 by, among others, former State Secretary Hendrik Bogaert. Over the years, it became a trusted partner for many companies and job seekers. The name change to Daenens Jobs & Interim underlines how the company becomes a more direct part of the larger Daenens family.

Proximity and growth as core values

Group Daenens is known for its people-oriented approach and social engagement. This current name change allows us to take another important step in our broader vision: creating opportunities for everyone, regardless of their background or experience.

CEO Nico Daenens emphasises: "Helping and taking good care of people has always been my driving force when we started our business story. The fact that we can now also help people outside the service voucher companies find a job is just a logical continuation of this vision. It is our ambition to keep investing in both quality and supply. We also want to expand in this sector, but it will always be based on our values ​​of proximity and engagement."

In times when companies are setting increasingly higher quality requirements and recruitment has become more complex and expensive, a strong HR service provider offers solutions that go beyond traditional interim services.

Due to the shortage of the job market, we see that more and more companies are adapting to the supply available. In this way, we can perfectly adjust to the wishes of the customer and the expectations of the candidate in their own language," continues Kenneth Van Volcem.
