Contest Rules – Daenens 1 Year Giveaway

Article 1 – Organizer

This contest is organized by Shared Service Center Daenens (hereinafter “SSCD” or “the organizer”), with its registered office in Bruges, and is accessible via the Facebook page and Instagram.

Article 2 – Duration and participation conditions

2.1 Duration
Participation in the contest is possible via the Facebook page and Instagram from 25 August 2025 at 12:00 (noon) until 8 September 2025 at 12:00 (noon), Belgian time.

2.2 Participation conditions
Participation is open to any natural person over the age of 18. Each personal profile (on social media) may only participate once per contest. In case of multiple entries, only the first submission will be considered. Participation in the contest is free of charge.

Article 3 – Contest rules

The contest takes place on Facebook and Instagram.
To participate:

• Follow Daenens on Facebook and Instagram

• Comment under the giveaway post why you would like to win such a backpack

• Share this post in your story and tag Daenens

Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these contest rules.
The prize is non-transferable.

Article 4 – Winners and prize

10 backpacks containing various gadgets will be given away among those who participate in the comments.
If all participation criteria are met, the participant’s name will be added to the list. At the end of the contest, 10 winners will be randomly drawn by an innocent hand.

The winners will be chosen on 9 September 2025 and notified via private message by the Communication team.
No appeal against the result is possible.

Article 5 – Description and delivery of the prize

Each winner will receive one backpack containing various gadgets. There are 10 backpacks, hence 10 winners.

The winners will be contacted via private message by the Communication team. Winners must send an email within 7 days to happy@daenens.be mentioning their first name, last name, and full postal address to which the prize should be sent.
If this condition is not met, winners forfeit their right to the prize, which remains the property of the organizer.

The prize will be sent by post to the winners at their own risk. The organizer cannot be held liable for any direct and/or indirect damage that may result from the prize. No financial or other compensation will be provided.

Article 6 – Modification of the contest

The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, postpone, or cancel the contest, or to amend these contest rules at any time, if required by law or compelling self-regulatory reasons, without any right to compensation for participants.

Article 7 – Personal data

The organizer processes your personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

The organizer ensures that the processing of your personal data is carried out appropriately, relevantly, and limited to the purposes for which the data was collected. Your data will be retained until 31/12/2025.

The organizer cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the participant’s personal data by unauthorized parties if all reasonable security measures have been taken.

Article 8 – Disputes

All disputes regarding the application of these rules will be settled autonomously by the jury. To do so, simply send an email with your complaint to happy@daenens.be.
