Black Friday 2025 Terms & Conditions

Article 1 – Organizer
This promotion is organized by Shared Service Center Daenens (hereinafter “the organizer”), headquartered at Baron Ruzettelaan 33, 8310 Bruges, and accessible via the Daenens website.

Article 2 – Description of the promotion

1. New customers who register between Friday, November 28, 2025, and Sunday, November 30, 2025, will receive a free

2. Mondada candle worth €60, while supplies last. The promotion ends once the stock of Mondada candles is depleted.

Article 3 – Participation conditions

Participation is open to individuals residing in Flanders, Brussels, or Wallonia who are not active Daenens customers. The promotion is not valid for:

• Former customers with outstanding debts.

• Former customers who had an active relationship within the past 6 months.

1. To be eligible for the gift, the participant must officially register via the form on the Daenens website. After successful registration, the participant will receive a confirmation email. Participation is only valid upon receipt of this confirmation email.

2. The participant must have paid their first invoice in full to be eligible for the gift. The availability of domestic help may vary depending on the region and staff availability. Daenens is not responsible for any delays in providing domestic help.

3. If the participant terminates the customer agreement within 3 months, the value of the Mondada candle will be deducted from the final invoice. No cash refund will be provided.

Article 5 – Delivery of the gift

1. The participant must complete all administrative formalities, including signing the agreement and purchasing the required service vouchers, in order to be eligible for the promotion. If these formalities are not completed, the candle cannot be provided.

2. Participants will receive an email after the promotion period confirming the handover.

3. The complimentary Mondada candle, valued at 60 euros, will be provided once the conditions have been met and within 45 days of full payment of the first invoice.

4. The candle will be sent by mail to the participants at their own risk. The organizer cannot be held responsible for any direct and/or indirect damage that may result from the prize. Furthermore, no financial or other compensation will be provided in lieu of the prize.

Article 7 – Changes to the promotion

The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, postpone, or cancel the promotion at any time, as well as to change the promotion terms, if required due to legal reasons or compelling self-regulatory reasons, without any entitlement to compensation or reimbursement for participants. Any changes to the rules will be communicated on (website).

Article 8 – Personal data

The organizer processes your personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). The organizer ensures that the processing of your personal data is conducted in an appropriate and relevant manner and is limited to the purposes for which the data was collected.

Any damage resulting from the use of the participant’s personal data by unauthorized parties cannot, under any circumstances, be held against the organizer, provided that the organizer has taken all necessary security measures that can reasonably be expected.

Disputes are settled by the organizer. Complaints can be sent to marcom@groupdaenens.be.

Article 11 – Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, managed, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Participants cannot hold Facebook, Instagram, or the organizer responsible for any damage resulting from their participation.
