Operator

You’ll join a growing family-owned company that processes fresh vegetables in a modern, fully automated production environment. As a Production Operator, you help keep the line running smoothly from start to finish. Depending on your background and interests, you may work in the foodservice department, the washing unit, or the sorting area.

In this hands-on role, you start up, operate, and monitor production lines, check product quality, and make sure standards are met at every step. You also adjust camera settings when needed, complete production and quality records accurately, and keep your workstation clean and organized. During shift changes, you help ensure a smooth handover so production can continue without delays. You work closely with your colleagues and report to the production manager. It’s a varied job with real responsibility, where your focus on quality, teamwork, and efficiency makes a daily difference.

Requirements

• You have experience in a production environment.

• You have strong technical insight, or you are eager to develop it.

• You work accurately and pay close attention to cleanliness and quality.

• You communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.

• You can work independently and as part of a team.

• You are hands-on, flexible, and able to stay calm under pressure.

• You are willing to work in a shift system.

• You have forklift experience.
