Daenens Outsourcing, under the legal name ADA Services bvba, with registered office at Rijselstraat 231, 8200 Brugge, Belgium is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Personal data we may collect from you

We do not use automated decision-making based solely on automated processing including profiling that may affect you legally or in a similar way.
We retain your data for the duration of the required period to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. Sharing with third parties

Where are your personal data stored and used?
As previously explained under ‘Sharing with third parties’, we share your personal data with the following third parties:
External suppliers, (sub)contractors or agents: in cases where we use external suppliers, (sub)contractors or agents, we continue to monitor your personal data and have controls in place to ensure that your personal data is adequately protected.
We endeavour to take all reasonable steps required to ensure that your personal data is treated securely, in accordance with this Policy.
Retention period
Daenens Outsourcing will retain and process your personal data for a period necessary for the execution of the agreement and in function of the purposes of the processing, as described above.
After all, a suitable profile is dynamic. As you constantly grow as a candidate, employee or client, you may tap into new, other functions.
Your personal data are therefore retained as follows: for the duration of the services in accordance with the purposes described above = an active retention period, and as soon as there is no longer any contact = a passive retention period of 5 years.
Data security
While we make every effort to protect your personal data, you should be aware that the transmission of information over the internet is never completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted to the website or any third party. Therefore, any information you transmit is at your own risk. We will implement strict operational procedures and adequate, technical and business organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, deletion or transfer of personal data. Therefore, Daenens Outsourcing, ADA Services bvba, accepts no liability either for direct or indirect damages resulting from an unlawful processing by a third party of your personal data.
Your rights to access, change and delete your personal data
Under data protection and privacy legislation, you have the following rights:
The right to access and obtain a copy of your personal data: you have the right to request confirmation as to whether we are processing your personal data. If so, you have the right to access your personal data and to certain information about how they are processed. In some cases, you can ask us to provide you with an electronic copy of your data.
The right to correct your personal data: if you can demonstrate that the personal data we have about you are incorrect, you can ask us to update or otherwise correct those data.
The right to be forgotten/to have data erased: in certain circumstances, you have the right to have your personal data erased. You can make such a request at any time and Daenens Outsourcing will evaluate whether your request should be honoured. However, this right is subject to any legal rights or obligations we may have regarding data retention. In cases where we decide in accordance with the law that your request to erase your personal data must be complied with, Daenens Outsourcing will do so without undue delay.

Marketing communications
We only e-mail marketing communications if you gave us permission to do so.
The forms we use to collect your personal data include a checkbox that you can tick if you agree to receive marketing communications. When we send you marketing communications by e-mail, you can opt out of receiving further marketing communications by clicking on ‘Unsubscribe’ or ‘Opt-out’ in the e-mail. You can also exercise your right to opt-out at any time by contacting us at outsourcing@daenens.be with the following information: your name, e-mail address, contact phone number and the marketing communications you no longer wish to receive.
