Dear Daenens team member

We could not be prouder of our new commercial name and bright new logo! We hope you are as big a fan of our new modern look and warm use of colours as we are. As we are aware that change may generate some questions, we want to underline that for you, as employee, everything stays the same. We will remain the same warm-hearted employer where everyone counts, where everyone gets the chance to grow and flourish and where respect takes centre stage.

FAQ

Of course! You remain linked to your trusted office. The office staff you know remain here to assist you with all your questions.

The office phone numbers remain the same. We do use new e-mail addresses, of which you have already received an initial e-mail. And of you should accidentally still use the old e-mail address, then your e-mails will be forwarded. Your mail will definitely arrive at the office!

Your salary, your terms and conditions of employment and all fringe benefits such as meal vouchers do not change. Your remuneration package remain unchanged, as well as the time when you receive your advance and salary.

No, your existing labour agreement remains unchanged. All conditions, rights and obligations in the contract remain in force. Your seniority also stars in place. Remember you still work for the same company, only our commercial name changes to Daenens.

We will indeed switch to new work outfits eventually. Until then, you can just keep using your current outfit. Your office will inform you when you can come and collect the new clothes.

You will fill in your service vouchers in the same way. The registration of electronic vouchers via Pluxee (formerly known as Sodexo) also remains the same. Remember you still work for the same company, only our commercial name changes to Daenens.

Our opening hours remain the same. You can still reach us at the usual times. If opening hours do change in the future, we will communicate this clearly and in advance to all colleagues and customers. That way, everything will continue to be smooth and familiar.

No, nothing is changing here either. All the agreements you have with your office remain.

The days on which vouchers are processed do not change. Should there be any changes in the future, you will be informed in good time.
