Introduction
Our Privacy Policy is based on Article 13 of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and sets out a company's rights and obligations towards external individuals whose personal data it processes, mainly in the context of online sales and marketing of goods and services.

Article 1 - In general
1.1. The Company complies with the ‘Law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy in relation to the processing of personal data’, as amended by the Law of 11 December 1998 as well as the anti-spam provisions from Book XII of the Economic Law Code regarding the laws of the electronic economy.
1.2. With this Privacy Policy, the Company complies with the European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 regarding the protection of personal data.
1.3. The controller of the processing of your personal data is the COMPANY. A declaration has been made to the Privacy Commission regarding the processing of your personal data.
Article 2 - Personal data
2.1. Personal data that you communicate to us:
category 1, without registration: your IP address;
category 2: upon registration: when subscribing to our newsletter: your e-mail address;
category 3: via cookies;
category 4: your address details when making a reservation.
2.2. The Company may collect your data (‘personal data’) in various ways: through the use of cookies (see below), during registration and whilst using the website.
2.3. The website also uses cookies that collect some personal data. For provisions on the use of cookies, see Article 9.
Article 3 - Purposes of processing
3.1. General purposes
The Company will only use the personal data collected from you for the following purposes:
category 1: maintaining and improving this website and including personal data in anonymous statistics, from which the identity of specific individuals or companies cannot be identified, with the legal basis being the legitimate interests of the Company to continuously improve its website and services;
category 2: sending you direct marketing, newsletters, actions and promotions, with your explicit, prior consent as legal basis;
category 3: cookies, with your explicit, prior consent as legal basis;
category 4: delivery and invoicing of products ordered by you, with the legal basis being the provision of a service requested by you.
You are not obliged to disclose your personal data, but must understand that the provision of certain services becomes impossible if you refuse the processing.
3.2. Direct marketing

5.1. Right of access and inspection
You have the right to consult your personal data at any time, free of charge, as well as consult the use we make of your personal data.
5.2. Right of rectification, deletion and restriction
You are free to communicate your personal data to the Company. In addition, you always have the right to request us to correct, add or delete personal data. You acknowledge that, in case of refusal to communicate or of request to delete personal data, certain services and products will not be available.
You may also request to restrict the processing of your personal data.
5.3. Right of objection
You also have a right to object to the processing of your personal data for serious and legitimate reasons.
In addition, you always have the right to oppose the use of personal data for direct marketing purposes; in such case, you do not have to provide a reason.
5.4. Right of free data transfer
You have the right to obtain and/or transfer to other controllers your personal data, processed by us in structured, common and machine-readable form.
5.5. Right to withdraw consent
In so far as the processing of your data is based on your prior consent, you also have the right to withdraw that consent.

5.7. Automatic decisions and profiling
Our processing of your personal data does not include profiling, nor will you be subject to automated decisions by us.

This is without prejudice to a provision before a civil court.
Should you suffer damage as a result of the processing of your personal data, you may bring a compensation claim for damages.
Article 6 – Security and confidentiality
6.1. We have developed security measures at technical and organisational level to avoid the destruction, loss, falsification, modification, unauthorised access or inadvertent notification to third parties of personal data collected as well as any other unauthorised processing of such data.
6.2. Under no circumstances can the Company be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an erroneous or unlawful use by a third party of the personal data.
6.3. You must comply with the security rules at all times, including by preventing any unauthorised access to your login and code. You are therefore solely responsible for the use made from the website of your computer, IP address and of your identification data, as well as for their confidentiality.
Article 7 – Third-party access
7.1. In order to process your personal data, we grant our employees access to your personal data.
7.2. We guarantee a similar level of protection by making contractual obligations opposable to these employees and appointees, which are similar to this Privacy Policy.
